The Chanel Pierres de Lumiere Perles de Lumiere Illuminating Blush Powder has launched as part of the brand new Chanel Pierres de Lumiere collection.
This collection is inspired by the paradox of precious stones, and is designed to create luminosity, playing on the colour and transparency of reflecting light. In addition to this blush powder, there’s also a stunning highlighter and blusher in the collection.
Chanel Pierres de Lumiere Perles de Lumiere Illuminating Blush Powder
“A limited-edition blush created exclusively for the Perles et Éclats de CHANEL makeup collection. The luminous powder formula adds a touch of rosy champagne colour and radiance to the complexion. Embossed with a pearl motif.”
The Chanel Pierres de Lumiere Perles de Lumiere Illuminating Blush Powder is $70, and is housed within the monochrome Chanel compact, and comes with a domed Chanel brush for application.
Directions
Use the tip of the included brush to add a subtle highlight on cheekbones and temples, or sweep the flat side across the entire face for an allover glow. It can also be used to enhance shoulders and décolleté.
I can’t get over how beautiful the Chanel Pierres de Lumiere Perles de Lumiere Illuminating Blush Powder is. The powder’s pan features a raised, pearl design which looks like it wouldn’t disappear with light usage either.
I hate it when brands create amazing pan designs, which just disappear the minute you dip your brush into the pan to use them. I think this pearl design would last for a decent amount of time, and it really does look beautiful.
You can see from the images, the Chanel Pierres de Lumiere Perles de Lumiere Illuminating Blush Powder looks to have a baked gellee formula, which will give a wet look sheen on the skin.
It’s quite a deep shade, and this is the only shade available, so it’s a shame Chanel didn’t create a slightly lighter version to cater for fairer skintones. I would have loved this powder in my collection, and it’s guaranteed to sell out quickly. So snap it up right here, whilst you can!
