The Hydro Plumping Serum moisturizes the skin thanks to hyaluronic acid (1.5 percent) and panthenol, plumps it up and has a soothing effect. This makes the transparent, liquid serum an ideal basis for every make-up looks.

The Catrice Hydro Plumping Serum contains 30ml of product and is £5.99 from Just My Look. The serum is packaged within a clear glass bottle, with a white plastic lid and glass pipette dispenser. This serum claims to contain 1.5% hyaluronic acid, and can be applied to the skin prior to makeup for a boost of hydration.
As Catrice are a makeup brand, I expected the ingredients to be full of alcohols and perhaps some silicones too, but the ingredients really aren’t bad at all.
There is fragrance, but it’s the very last ingredient on the list, and there’s only ten ingredients in total. It sounds like a really great, budget friendly hyaluronic acid serum and it’s available for purchase right now.
