When Catrice launched their Spring collection, the Catrice Cheek Lover Oil-Infused Blush stood out as a product I knew I’d want to try. I really like baked blushers, and I wanted to try more from Catrice as a brand, so I thought this new baked blusher would be a good one to try.
Catrice Cheek Lover Oil-Infused Blush
“I want it – and I’ll get it! With this colour-intensive blush, every look is sure to get a special wow-factor.
The coral-peachy tone suits all skin types, gives the complexion a healthy and fresh look and makes it glow with golden shimmer particles. At the same time, an oil complex with hibiscus nourishes the skin.“
The Catrice Cheek Lover Oil-Infused Blush is available in just one single shade, which is 010 Blooming Hibiscus. It’s a pretty big blusher, and contains 9g of product in a baked, domed format inside a clear plastic lid.
Key Benefits
- Universally flattering coral-peachy shade
- Oil complex with hibiscus
- Colour-intense results with golden shimmer particles
- Vegan
The Catrice Cheek Lover Oil-Infused Blush looks nothing like the stock images. In the stock images, it looks like a satin peach shade, but it’s actually a vibrant coral pink with a lot of golden shimmer.
It’s a buildable blush, so whilst it looks very garish in the pan, it can be applied sheerly, for a subtle hint of colour, and a subtle golden sheen to the cheeks.
The shimmer is very fine, and not at all glittery, and the formula is really nice. I wish Catrice had some more shades in this same formula, as the oil-infused formula means it applies effortlessly into the skin without looking powdery or dry like some baked blushes can.
