The Buxom Cosmetics Power Line Plumping Lip Liner collection is the latest launch from Buxom, and has launched alongside the new Buxom Spiced Up Full On Plumping Lip Gloss collection. If you’d like to find out more about this new lip liner launch, keep on reading…
“Buxom Power Line Lip Liner is a pigment-packed lip liner that provides ultra-precise results with a chiseled tip that never requires sharpening.
The creamy, no-tug formula delivers comfortable, waterproof color that lasts for 8 hours to create fuller-looking lips that will not feather or bleed.“
The Buxom Cosmetics Power Line Plumping Lip Liner Collection includes ten different shades, and are $18 each. They’re currently exclusive to ULTA, and they’re the second lip liner formula for the brand.
The Buxom PlumpLine Lip Liners are wooden, chunky pencils for lining and filling in the lips, and I have a couple of shades myself, so it’s exciting to see a whole new formula join the range.
- Specialized Peptides: Help promote a plump appearance
- Vitamin E: Helps soften and condition lips
- Sunflower Seed Oil: Known to help combat dryness
- Avocado Oil: Known to help hydrate skin
The Buxom Cosmetics Power Line Plumping Lip Liners are available in 10 different shades, and are said to offer full coverage, highly pigmented colour which claims to not feather, tug or bleed on the lips, and lasts for up to 8 hours.
They’re retractable lip liners, with an ‘always sharp’ teardrop shaped chisel tip allowing for precise, versatile application, whilst leaving the lips feeling moisturised thanks to the creamy consistency.
The waterproof formula of the Buxom Cosmetics Power Line Plumping Lip Liners are available in the following 10 shades;

Each of the ten shades of the Buxom Cosmetics Power Line Plumping Lip Liner feature a teardrop shaped lip liner, as well as a brush on the opposite end to help you both apply and blend the liner, and they’re available right now.
