I think the Bobbi Brown Stroke of Luck Highlighting Powder might be my favourite Lunar New Year launches I’ve seen thus far. This is a brand new highlighter design for Bobbi Brown, but the shade is a repromote which is such a shame, as I already own this shade in their standard packaging.
“This high-impact, light-reflective powder gives skin shimmering bronze highlights and is ideal for strobing. Plus, it’s housed in a sleek, mirrored compact, so you can take your glow to go.“
The Bobbi Brown Stroke of Luck Highlighting Powder is in the shade Opal Glow, which Bobbi Brown describe as being a duo-chrome dusty pink with warm, multicoloured pearls.
It’s a truly stunning highlighter, and meshes beautifully with the skin. I wish Bobbi Brown wouldn’t keep promoting Opal Glow in their limited edition collections, as I would have loved to have bought this special edition but as I already own it, there’s no point in repurchasing.
The Bobbi Brown Stroke of Luck Highlighting Powder is housed within an amazing red and gold compact, and the powder pan doesn’t feature their typical grid design. Instead it has a lovely floral embossed design, which is super pretty, and makes the highlighter even more special.
