Birchbox March 2021 Contents Reveal!

I’ve had a real love hate relationship with Birchbox. Their boxes used to be amazing 2-3 years ago, but these days they’re very lacklustre. However, on Black Friday they had a crazy good deal on subscriptions, so I decided to give their boxes a try.

Birchbox March 2021

The Birchbox March 2021 box arrived over a week ago, and after looking at the contents, I wasn’t enamoured by the box, but I wanted to share the contents incase anyone was interested to see which products were inside this month’s box.

The theme for the Birchbox March 2021 box, was I make The Rules which was created to coincide with International Women’s Day which was at the start of the month. It’s a standard cardboard drawer designed box, with a colourful design.

The first product in the Birchbox March 2021 box is the Magnitone Wipe Out Swipes Eco Friendly Microfibre Makeup Removal Pads worth £7.50. These are essentially reusable cotton pads, but they’re made from microfibre instead of cotton, and they’re designed to remove makeup with only water.

Next up is the Balance Me BHA Exfoliating Concentrate 30ml worth £4.33. Balance Me are repeated extremely often by Birchbox, and I’m always disappointed to see their products in their boxes. They’re nice enough, but there are so many skincare brands out there, we don’t need to keep seeing the same brands over and over.

The next item in the Birchbox March 2021 box is the Beautaniq Beauty Gold Angel Revitalising Eye Gels worth $6. These are single use eye patches to brighten and hydrate the skin.

Another brand repeat (last seen in December’s box) and it’s the Percy & Reed Wonder Balm Hair Primer 30ml worth £7.60. It’s essentially a leave in balm to help with styling.

Lastly in this month’s box is the Ciate Glow To Highlighter in Starburst in a tiny miniature size. It is an illuminating powder highlighter, and Starburst is a warm toned light gold shade.

I have one more month as part of my subscription plan, but I won’t be continuing my subscription unfortunately, as the boxes are too repetitive and lacking excitement.

I much prefer the Lookfantastic Beauty Box personally, and unless Birchbox launch a new amazing box, I will not get another box once my subscription has finished.
