The BH Cosmetics Jolly AF Power Pencil Trio is $18 and contains three full sized eyeliner pencils. The value of the three BH Cosmetics liners within the set is said to be worth $24, giving you a nice saving. Although it doesn’t appear that you can purchase these exact liners individually, so you’d have to purchase this set if you want these specific liners.

The BH Cosmetics Jolly AF Power Pencil Trio includes a matte black, and then almost a foil finish silver and gold, for creating endless festive makeup looks.
