The Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box is one of two fantastic beauty boxes launched by Beauty Bay, to help us prepare for the party season, with this box being the makeup themed box, but there’s also the Beauty Bay The Backstage Beauty Box, which is all about the skincare.
“Be the star of the show this party season with The Showtime Beauty Box. Packed full of all the makeup essentials you need to create show-stopping looks, this box is the gift that keeps on giving. With everything from eyeshadows, glitters, highlighters, and lipsticks, whether you’re heading to the Christmas party or adding some glam to NYE, you’ll have everything you need. The perfect gift for your BFF, significant other, or just for yourself, give the gift of iconic makeup looks this year.”
The Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box, is, just like the skincare box, a one-off limited edition beauty box, which will only be available whilst stocks last.
The value on both boxes is incredible, so they won’t be around for long, so if you fancy picking them up, make sure you do it ASAP to avoid disappointment.
The Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box is on sale for £40, and the products inside this beauty box are worth £119, so you’re getting £79 of extra value, which is crazy, and exactly why the box will sell out very quickly.
Inside the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box, you get a menu card telling you what’s inside, as well as a special discount code, which you can enter at checkout, and it’ll give you 20% off your next order, which is very generous, and makes the box even more exciting.
OK, let’s take a look inside the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box…
The first item inside the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box is the BrushWorks Wonder Sponge Duo, worth £9 and includes two full sized, baby pink beauty sponges. Featuring a teardrop design, and a flat base for the application and blending of foundation, concealer, cream blush, bronzer and highlighter.
We always see Sample Beauty inside the Beauty Bay boxes, and the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box features the Sample Beauty Lash Out Vegan Synthetic Silk False Lashes, and they’re obviously full size, and are worth £7.50. They’re such gorgeous lashes, and I’ve never seen Sample lashes before, but these look so luxe, and for even £7.50 purchasing outside of this box, they look amazing
Next is a makeup product in the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box, and it’s the (full sized) Milani Baked Blusher in the shade Sunset Passion, and it’s worth £11. I’ve never seen this particular shade before, and I own a couple of the Milani blushers, and they’re so pretty. This particular shade is a peachy coral, and I can’t wait to give it try.
The next product is the full-sized Wet ‘n Wild Lash Renegade Waterproof Mascara, worth £5.95. I’ve never tried this particular mascara before, but I have tried a couple of other Wet ‘n Wild mascaras, and they were really good. This tube has a synthetic wand, with a ball shape towards the tip, and I like the funky looking tube.
Soda Beauty are the next brand in the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box, and we have the Soda Beauty #wegotyoubabe Glitter Lip Gloss, worth £5.50.
There was a glitter gloss from Soda Beauty in the last Beauty Bay Guestlist Beauty Box in the summer, and it was this exact shade; Diamond Sugar, so I do kinda wish it was a different shade to the last box, but it’s a gorgeous shade regardless.
We have another lip product next, and it’s a lip liner. It’s the MUA Intense Colour Lip Liner Pencil in the shade Diva, worth £2. Diva is a deep, intense red which looks perfect for autumnal berry tones, or festive red lip looks too.
I’ve never tried these MUA lip liners before, so I’m looking forward to trying them, as I’ve liked the £1 MUA lip liners in the past, and they’re just as good as Essence.
There’s a very exciting product next, and it’s the OFRA Rodeo Drive Highlighter, in a 4g deluxe miniature size. I’ve heard so many amazing things about the OFRA highlighters, but I can’t recall ever trying one, and Rodeo Drive is one of the most raved-about shades, so I’m really excited about this product in the box.
To go with the red lip liner, the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box next features a red lipstick, and it’s the By Beauty Bay Matte Lipstick in the shade Juice, worth £7.
Beauty Bay describe this shade as being a bright orange toned red, and it looks so bright and vibrant in the model photos on the Beauty Bay website.
No makeup themed beauty box would be complete without an eyeshadow palette, and the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box features the XX Revolution XXposed XXpress Shadow Palette, worth £10.
It’s a four-pan palette, featuring three intensely pigmented mattes, and one foiled shimmer in a stunning gold shade, which would be perfect for some Christmassy makeup looks, especially teamed with the red lipstick in the box.
If you love a bit of sparkle, the Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box has you covered with the NABLA Ruby Lights Glitter Palette, which is worth £25 alone.
a four-pan palette, featuring four pressed glitters, and they’re so multidimensional and pretty, and will be perfect for added sparkle on any festive makeup looks. NABLA is an exciting brand to be included within the box, and it’s crazy the entire box is just £15 more than the price of this one palette.
I’ve quite possibly saved the best item till last, and it’s the By Beauty Bay 12 Piece Eye Brush Set, which is worth £25. It’s an amazing brush set, with a black, faux leather brush wrap and twelve full-sized eye makeup brushes.
Included within the brush set, is every eye makeup brush you could want from shaders, blenders, smudgers, liners and more. Each of the brushes have white handles, with silver foil writing for each of the brush’s numbers, and they have silver angled ferrules and duo-tone bristles.
The brush wrap even has a protective flap to place over the brush heads, to keep them protected when rolled up, and the inside of the brush wrap has a rubberised texture to grip your brushes, so they don’t slide out – unlike pretty much all other brush wraps.
Wow, what a box! The Beauty Bay The Showtime Beauty Box is just incredible for £40, especially when you consider the NABLA Palette and Beauty Bay Brush set would cost you £50 to purchase, and you’re essentially getting nine other products for £10 less. It’s limited edition, and only available whilst stocks last, so snap it up right now.
