The Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Chroma Stix Eyeliner Collection features sixteen different shades of matte eyeliner. Norvina said she wanted to start with matte shades, and will follow up with some shimmer liners in the future, as well as extending the shade range to include more greens.
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Chroma Stix Eyeliner Collection is set to launch on the 11th of October, and all of the shades have colour co-ordinated packaging, and look like they could contain sharpeners within the base of the pencils, and the formula is said to be;

Norvina is a more colourful and fun sister brand of Anastasia Beverly Hills, so colourful liners kinda make sense, especially after the neon cake liners which launched last year, and the shades do look pigmented and smooth too.
